Chargé d’affaires Susan Falatko visited the Primorska region on June 16. In a meeting with Robotina CEO Devid Palčič, CDA Falatko discussed the future of smart solutions and digital transformation in Slovenia and the United States. In Koper, she visited the Port of Koper and met with Dimitrij Zadel, President of the Management Board, to discuss new developments at the port and areas of potential cooperation. CDA Falatko also visited the Petrol fuel storage facility in Sermin and learned more about Petrol’s operations and future plans in a meeting with Miha Kirn, Director of Oil Products and Logistics. Finally, she visited Vinakoper and learned about Slovenia’s wine tradition and export potential during a meeting with chief winemaker Boštjan Zidar.
