Together with Transparency International Slovenia, we welcomed the opportunity to host one the U.S.’s foremost transparency activists, Nancy Boswell, the former president and CEO of Transparency International USA, for a two day program in Slovenia. Boswell met with business leaders, government representatives, students, civil society organizations, and media to exchange and share experiences. Transparency, accountability, and the prevention of corruption are important topics that need action at both the societal and individual levels through awareness and active citizenship.
