The combined Political and Economic Section is responsible for the day-to-day conduct of bilateral relations with the Slovenian government on issues pertaining to political and economic policy matters.

We advocate support for U.S. positions on a wide range of issues and prepare analyses and reports on political and economic developments of significance to the United States, including domestic developments in Slovenia and Slovenia’s positions on international issues.
