4th of July is the day when Americans celebrate the birth of their country. It is tradition to celebrate Independence Day with fireworks – either at a large public display, or a smaller gathering with friends and family. There may not have been fireworks at Ambassador Hartley’s the residence, but we’re glad everyone enjoyed the food, the music, and the great company at our party for Slovenian friends and colleagues. Thank you all for being part of this very special event. Happy 4th of July!
